How many people work in your rail business?
About 350 work across our rail and metro businesses. In areas from telecoms system design and integration to installation and commissioning, project management to engineering, testing to network management, maintenance to financial management, commercial to project administration.

Is your entire workforce permanent?
No. While we do have a large permanent workforce, we also use contractor services to support projects when needed.

Do any of your contractors ever join telent as permanent employees?
Yes, where opportunities arise, we have contractors who join us as permanent employees.
