Job Summary

This is a demanding role requiring excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with your team. You will be responsible for managing Site Installation works within a railway environment ensuring full compliance with client and internal procedures in production of all deliverables.

You pay great attention to detail and derive satisfaction from your ability to get the job done efficiently prioritising, managing tasks and the team to deadlines.

Key Objectives

• Deliver site works, projects and budgets in line with the project programme.
• Effectively supervise the team during site works.
• Review and implement site works from detailed drawings, including mechanical and electrical works.
• Support installation and commissioning works.
• Complete ‘As Built' Documentation.

Requirements

• Site Supervisory experience within a rail environment
• Experience supervising site installation and commissioning works in either an Operational or Retail telecommunications environment
• Flexibility to travel UK wide
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns - weekend and evening work is required
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to effectively prioritise, attention to detail.

Desirable Skills  

• City and guilds in Electrical Design, Installation and Test
• Production of Power Designs in accordance with BS 7671 and Network Rail standards
